Ralphs famous Italian ice in Port Jefferson

Almost any kind of ice cream, any way you like it. A little pricey but the quality is worth the extra couple of dollars.

Worst service not friendly. I order a chocolate dipped cone she starts making it turns to the other kid there and Sasha haha oops I dropped I've cream in the machine, so now the come isnt full. VERY disappointed.

Waited for almost 20 minutes. When it was our turn, the sales associate looked at us and was ready to serve the people behind us, when.my husband told her we're next. It wasn't hard to see because at the this point, she was the only server and we were at the head of the line. So when I told her I wanted a vanilla chip, she said they had noote creme, rather only ice cream left. Very disappointed... We ONLY went there for that choice. We left after a 22 minute wait, empty-handed. They should have posted a sign to avoid inconveniencing us, not to mention have been mindful of the line and if not sure, asked, " who's next?"!!!

The ices are the same wherever you go. This review is for this particular location and the way the store is situated. There is absolutely no room to enjoy your treat in the shop, and there are no benches outside. You can barely stand in line to order due to the amount of space in the room being occupied by freezers.

Easy to see right off of East Main Street servicing Port Jefferson and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Parking on the Street is available. Parking lot is nearby. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

Opens at 11 am unless it's Sunday and the girl gets their at 1 pm and then starts counting her money draw penny by penny and ignoring the customers. Then wants to serve without washing her hands.... Owners take note you have a good product but poor help.......

Gotta love Ralph's. It's an institution in Long Island. Great assortment of Ices. Prices have gone up over the years , but still worth it.

The italian ices is their specialty! Completly forget about the ice cream as has no flavor and taste like cheap supermarket ice cream...so it is one star for the oce cream and 4 to 5 stars for the ices.
